.. oh my oh my ...

 What can I say but IM BACK!!!

Not even sure how many people (if any) actually read this crazy blog of mine; however I think I am doing this (typing) to get things off my mind and out there for people to read :). I cant help it!!! I have always been a person who always said to much = its just my nature- must be a Serbian thing (well even if its not Im blaming it on my heritage- why not!!).

So its been a while- here is an update list of things that have happened since NOVEMBER -holy molly :)

1. HAPPY NEW YEAR :)- well nothing spectacular happened for new years eve. We stayed home with some people and ate and drank (as much as I could while 8 months pregnant) and sang and just had a great time. I sure do miss going out with people and dancing and enjoying life.

2. I FINISHED WORK- my last day of work was January 20th 2012. This means that I am due to go back to work on January 21st 2013. Can you believe it??? A whole year OFF. Although I do not call this a year off since I will be working harder than ever making sure my kids are fed, dressed, healthy and educated. Some people dont call that work- I CALL that OVER TIME :)

3. BABY GIRL #3 - Nikolina joined us on January 28th 2012. She was the biggest baby of them all. Weighing in at 8lb 5oz- she was by far the heaviest of the three kidz. Labour and delivery was very fast- after only three pushes she came out. Had to wait for the doctor to come so somebody could catch her :). She is a great baby- sleeps well at night- however does not sleep during the day which makes my life a big hard. She would have little cat-naps of 10 minutes throughout the day and that's it. The only time she would sleep for longer than that is when we go outside. This being Canada there were only few days during the winter that we could go out without freezing. I am so looking forward to nice weather so we can spend more time outside.

4. ELENA- my middle girl turned 2 years old. For her birthday we had a little party at out house- and invited 50 of our closes friends and their kidz ;) Yes- call us crazy but that's just how we do bdays. Must be a Serbian thing :) For this bday my husband decided to get a pig and roast it in our backyard. Lets just say that it took him forever to roast the pig and while doing it he over-did on moonshine :) He is a happy person when he drinks a bit so it was all good. It was a nice celebration- people stopped by during the day so they could see the pig and chat a bit- and then the guests arrived around 5:30pm and stayed well into the night. We LOVE having people over and hosting parties. I guess I like being a host and making sure people have lots to eat and drink. It is our Serbian heritage to make sure you ALWAYS have something at home for when the guests come over. SO no matter when people stop by (announced or otherwise) we always have something to eat and drink (mostly smoked sausages, bacon, cheese and something pickled).

5. WEATHER GOT NICER- crazy this winter I tell you. We had a week of 20+C outside. I even wore shorts and a tshirt and so did my kidz. I had Niki outside without SOCKS on in MARCH! I mean its madness I tell you madness :). Although the nice weather only lasted couple of days- we had fun walking outside; picking spring flowers, drawing on our driveway and just catching some sunshine- vitamin D is great.

WELL thats it from me for now. I have so many things to say and write- but with Elena sleeping, Niki in the play pen goooing and NOT sleeping and me having to go and pick Ema up from the bus (which is just around the corner) I have some organising and waking up to do. Its time for the real life of a woman/mother/wife with three kids and ONLY two hands to begin- HERE WE GO!!!
